EBizCharge sells one thing well: payments that live inside the accounting system so that when a customer pays, the invoice closes itself. For finance teams that is the whole value. This page describes the product, how it is priced, and how to decide between it and lighter options.

Pricing
Not published. The site advertises flat-rate options (“pay the same percentage each month”) and no hidden fees. What to get in writing:
| Line | Ask for |
|---|---|
| Transaction rate | Flat rate or interchange-plus, and the number |
| Per-item fee | Cards and ACH separately |
| Monthly platform or gateway fee | Including any per-integration fee |
| ACH pricing | Percentage and cap, or flat |
| Contract term | Initial term, auto-renewal, early termination fee |
| Setup and integration | One-time fees |
Flat-rate pricing is simple and, for a B2B merchant with a large commercial card share, usually more expensive than interchange-plus with Level 3. Ask whether interchange-plus is available.
Who it fits
- Mid-size businesses running NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Dynamics, Acumatica or Epicor where the finance team wants payment posting, cash application and a customer portal inside the ERP.
- Businesses with a high invoice count where manual posting is a real cost.
- Companies that need one platform across several accounting systems.
Who does not need it
A small business on QuickBooks that wants a pay link on invoices, ACH, and automatic sync. That job is done by lighter tools on interchange-plus, such as Hyfin, at lower all-in cost. The QuickBooks fees page covers that setup and the numbers.

How to decide
Count invoices per month and estimate the hours spent posting payments. If it is dozens of hours, integration depth is worth a platform fee and EBizCharge belongs on the shortlist. If it is a few hours, choose on effective rate, because the integration gap between products narrows for simple QuickBooks workflows. Either way, put the rate, fees and term on one page and compute the all-in cost on last month’s volume before signing anything.
