What is dual pricing and is it legal?
Dual pricing means you display two prices, a cash price and a card price, and the customer chooses at checkout. The card price covers the cost of acceptance, so the business keeps its full cash price on every sale. It is permitted by the card brands when both prices are clearly displayed before payment, and it is the compliant route in states like California where credit card surcharging is restricted. Do I have to give up Clover, QuickBooks, or my online store to switch?
No. We place and program Clover hardware, sync invoicing with QuickBooks, and connect gateways to WooCommerce, Shopify, Ecwid and OpenCart. Most switches keep your existing software and change only the processing behind it.
What does the free statement analysis include?
Text or email your most recent processing statement. Within 24 hours you get an itemized breakdown of your effective rate, every junk fee we find, and a written side-by-side of what you would pay with us. If we cannot save you money we say so.
Is there a contract?
No. Agreements are month to month with no early termination fee. Equipment placement programs have their own simple terms, which we walk through in writing before you sign anything.
