Frequently asked questions

Do you come out to Ontario?
Yes. Ontario is in our in-person area. Installs, cutovers, staff training and same-day support are done on site, and replacement hardware is delivered by hand.
How quickly can a Ontario business be live?
Two to five business days from signed paperwork for a new POS, with the menu or inventory built before install day. A replacement terminal on an existing account is usually 24 to 48 hours.
Do I need new equipment?
Not always. A Clover on a processor we board with can move to your new account. Older terminals from other processors usually cannot, and we place replacement hardware at no charge for qualifying businesses rather than lease it. Text a photo of what you have and we tell you.
Is dual pricing legal in Ontario?
Yes, across California, when both prices are shown before the customer chooses and the card price is the price charged. Surcharging is what California restricts. Our California dual pricing page covers the rules.
Can I keep my online store, QuickBooks or practice software?
Yes. Those connect to a gateway we place (accept.blue, NMI or Fluidpay), with stored cards migrated from your old gateway. The terminal at the counter and the gateway online run on one merchant account.
